If any product does not perform to your satisfaction,

you may exchange or return it for full credit.

If, for any reason, it is determined

that a CPCS product caused damage to a machine,

CPCS will cover the cost of added service charges

and replacement parts.

These expenses must be documented in writing

on the servicing company’s letterhead.
